We started working with Sweats Collective in late 2021. As one of our longest standing client relationships, over-time we developed a fool-proof retention strategy centred around educating and inspiring the Sweats community.
Each brand is different in their appeal. Sweats Collective’s audience are passionate about clothing. They live and breathe it, and so do Sweats. Through emails, we engage and connect with the community on this common ground. We share community content, thoughts and ask for feedback from them, resulting in a bullet-proof retention strategy that makes them 2,3,4 even 5x repeat purchasers.
In the last 6 months alone we’ve generated over $300,000 for Sweats Collective, approximately 60% of their total revenue. Not only that, core metrics like open rate, click rate and placed order rate are all performing well above industry average.
Secret Shirt Co came to us in early 2023. On our first call, it was apparent that while they were driving good traffic to the website, they had no backend set up, meaning they were losing out on a lot of potential sales.
That’s where we come in.
Since working with the brand, we’ve taken their email revenue from 0% to 30% of total revenue, in a matter of 90 days. We did so without cheap tactics (like discounting) that harms the brand in the long run. I mean, just take a look at these campaign results.
How did we do this?
You see, we actually care about the brands we work with. Our process involves comprehensive in-depth research and understanding of the brand and its audience. This allows us to curate content that is relevant and relatable. We focused on building relationships with the audience, not just forcing products down their throat. After all, if you’re not able to connect with your audience, are they really your audience?
